We offer professional services that are required for cluttered, over-stuffed or hoarded homes. Ocean County Estate Liquidators will transform any home from a cluttered mess into a showroom atmosphere, so customers are able to easily navigate rooms and see displayed items clearly. We always offer a free consultation and walk-through to answer any questions and make appropriate determinations.

It takes anywhere from 1-5 days depending on contents size to prepare the contents for sale. Items will then be marked with their sale price and be prepared for displaying. We will then decide on a sale date with you and will do all of the advertising (local papers, online, signs) and sending of emails to our followers leading up to the sale day.
Sales will usually be held on Friday or Saturday. Once your sale is settled, a printout and a check for the items sold minus a percentage that will be agreed upon prior to services performed will be issued to you.
We do not require any fees upfront and work on a percentage of total sales.
